I am not one to write bad reviews, But I believe this is necessary. The hood of my Vehicle was left with scratches in a circle figure. After spotting It out, I went inside To let the staff know. The manager Was extremely rude and Completely shut it down. Unprofessional and untrustworthy car wash. Do not recommend Unless you’re willing to risk it

I have gone to this car was a handful of times over the past few years. They did a fine job, nothing special. This most recent time the employee that took my card told me that he would save me some money on this wash, but didn't explain that he was saving me money on one was by signing me up for their monthly service. They didn't directly lie to me, but it is still a shady practice. Now I had to pay the equivalent of 3 washes for 1, because I had no clue it was going to auto debit monthly.

Well I goes there all the time but of yesterday went to get my car washed and come out windshield cracked on the passenger side so waiting on the call from management now

Scratched my car. The manager with an office called me back. However, I couldn't file incident report so nobody is going to try and look at camera feeds if they even exist. Go with a laser wash. It costs the same and doesn't scratch your car like salt stuck in cotton/poly heads whipping around your car. This is for S Hawkins location.

I get the monthly deals, and have since April of last year when I first got this car. My undercarriage is pristine, and it's a 2008 Chevy Impala LTZ. It's a small investment to keep my undercarriage nice and clean in order to enhance the life of my car. Everyone who works at any of these locations is so friendly and helpful. 5 out of 5 stars all around 😀
